I make this by automatically filling in an html template with data pulled from the database I make by scraping and filtering. It's intended to work without internet connection and it's not pretty (very hacked together stuff). Most of the work I do for the project each year is on the data collection side of things, but I've made some small improvements to the presentation over the years.
